As a result of our

we have developed and implemented an Online Project Management Tool that
enables us to follow the application development process on a real time
basis. The on-line tool is a shared source of information on technical
specifications, schedules, current progress, quality measures, etc., and,
serves as a coordination-enhancing mechanism for our project teams. It is
